We are located in Hillsborough, NC, and proudly serve Orange, Alamance, Durham, Person counties, including Durham, Hillsborough, Burlington, Mebane, Chapel, Hill, Carrboro, Raleigh, and the surrounding communities. We are a small, intimate facility with a staff to resident ratio of 1:5. We offer 24-hour supervision, and our facility is open 24/7 for family and friend visitors.

The original backyard deck was small, weathered, and beginning to show its age. With limited space and worn boards, it no longer met the homeowner’s needs for functionality or outdoor entertaining. The structure required a full rebuild to ensure safety, longevity, and a modern design that better complemented the home’s exterior.
After
Luna Restoration completely removed the old deck and built a brand-new, expanded outdoor living space from the ground up. The new deck features a clean, open layout with sturdy pressure-treated lumber, smooth handrails, and precise craftsmanship throughout. The redesign provides more room for seating, grilling, and outdoor gatherings—all while enhancing the home’s curb appeal. The transformation turned a dated structure into a beautiful, durable, and inviting extension of the home, ready for years of enjoyment.
Before
The home’s original siding had become worn, faded, and uneven from years of exposure to the elements. Moisture intrusion and weathering left the exterior looking dull and aged, diminishing the home’s overall curb appeal. The siding was no longer protecting the structure as effectively as it should, making a full replacement the best long-term solution.
During
Our Luna Restoration team began by carefully removing the old siding, inspecting the sheathing underneath, and applying a full Tyvek HomeWrap barrier for added moisture protection and energy efficiency. Every layer was installed with precision—ensuring proper sealing, alignment, and durability.
After
The transformation speaks for itself. The home now features brand-new Hardie board siding with a rich, modern blue finish that perfectly complements the trim and roofline. The fresh exterior not only enhances the home’s appearance but also boosts weather resistance and long-term value. Another complete exterior makeover by Luna Restoration—built to last and designed to impress.
